Here's my Yeehaw Lady Cowboy Hat.  I had a little trouble getting started with this one, but I think it turned out pretty good.  You definitely have to do some shaping with the hat once finished to get the cowboy hat look.  The floral wire in the rim is a must, otherwise the rim will be really floppy.  This is a great pattern for learning a few different stitches.
