I'm so excited to claim sweetyetevil! I LOVE when people put sweets and edibles on their lists! I'll send a mix of preserves, treats, recipes, and extras.

This is my 3rd claim, 1 rec'd, 1 in progress.

About Me: I'm 30 (gulp) and I'm in now living in NJ (double gulp). I'm currently working as a nanny, baking up a storm, and reading lots of books. Oh yeah, and Im totally, finally, oh-my-goodness pregnant  Grin Due in March! No more fighting off the baby fever! Hence the massive amount of baby stuff on the list below.

I love chocolate, the ocean and the beach, books, live music, thrifting, vintage, shiny things, and soft things. I love tights and knee socks, I collect recipe cards, old handkerchiefs, tea cups, ephemera, vintage scarves, cookbooks, old books, and aprons. There is a lot more info in my blog (see the link in my signature!) I love many styles, but nothing country or overly cutesy.

Wishes:
Crafted stuff:
For Baby:
- A baby hammock like so: http://www.flickr.com/photos/heidihope/3620459729/in/gallery-31049890@N03-72157622914525756/ I prefer a pale shade of thick, soft yarn.
- A unisex baby quilt with fabric like Amy Butler, Michael Miller, Anna Maria Horner, Freshcut, etc. No need for real designer labels, its just an idea of styles I like.
- A baby quilt or blanket in shades of white and cream
- Unisex baby clothes, booties, or toys (like cloth cubes or puzzle balls) Love these booties by Heather Bailey (http://www.heatherbaileydesign.com/BittyBooties.pdf)
- Onesies with cute embroidery, or tie dye  (http://www.marthastewart.com/article/tiedye_l0807kidaf_t)
- A baby hat like this! http://www.babycenter.com/0_bunny-beanie-pattern_1445260.bc
- A large wet bag: http://www.etsy.com/listing/59276839/zippered-wet-bag-in-sorbet-dot-fast
- A ring sling: http://www.etsy.com/listing/53926002/prestige-ring-sling-baby-carrier
- I'd love a collection of these batty dolls! There is also a bat cape pattern to go with it and I imagine Halloween pattern socks are all super cheap right now. The pattern is free: http://heatherbailey.typepad.com/heather_bailey/2009/10/did-a-bat-bat-thing.html

Not for Baby Smiley
- a garland/banner inspired by this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/27677990@N03/3041761436/in/photostream/ Love it! Those colors and shapes are wonderful for Christmas, but I would love one in orange/black for Halloween, red and pink for Valentine's or even green shades for St. Patty's Day.
- Vintage inspired Halloween or Christmas items (like decorations, tableware, etc.) that are not country or cutesy. I love artists like Johanna Parker and there are lots of Xmas items on my wist.
-Altered tees like the following, but to fit a growing belly:
http://nikkishell.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8341bfaf553ef0133efaa6dc7970b-pi or
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=106867.msg1016302#msg1016302 or this: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=10284568 or
http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/t_shirt_recon (I have tons more on my wist for inspiration!)
-- A bookmark inspired by this one. It has a velcro closure to adjust the size to hug any book cover. <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmgallo/4626121759/" title="bookmark by Jojobean26, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4040/4626121759_2d396c78f0.jpg" width="425" height="283" alt="bookmark" /></a>
- A cover for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer http://www.flickr.com/photos/35153082@N06/4125466894/ PM me for measurements.
- cloth napkins and/or placemats. My kitchen colors are cream, chocolate, and turquoise, but any colors work!  I'd also love holiday themes or seasonal themes.

Supplies:
- Holy crap! I bought my first brand new sewing machine! It's a Singer Curvy and I'd love some Cotton or Knit Fabric in fun prints, solids, dots or stripes to break it in.
- Your favorite, strong thread for machine sewing in any colors
- Super simple sewing patterns for a novice: clothing, baby clothes, baby toys, etc.
- Felt in all kinds of colors. I prefer wool felt or bamboo, put can still use the poly stuff you find at most stores.
BIG WISH: Michael Moore, Amy Butler, Anna Maria Horner, or Freshcut fabric, even your scraps are fine! Also any other pretty printed fabrics in these styles, but not necessarily designer.
- Any how-to or sugar art kits, books, and supplies (think sculpy, but edible!)
- I'm a baking freak, so any and all baking supplies like decorative edibles, batter scoops, unusual muffin cup liners, silicone molds, etc. are welcome! I do have tons of liners, so I don't need any unless they are very unique!
- Bakers twine!
- ink pads any pigment ink,  archival and acid free but I do so love
- Unusual rubber stamps in zetti, victorian, retro, steampunk or background patterns (I'd love a wood grain stamp or harlequin print)
- any issues of Crap Hound! Even photocopies of your issues work for me! http://www.boingboing.net/2005/07/24/crap-hound-seminal-c.html
- Vintage ephemera, text pages from old books, especially foreign languages (think crumbly old, not 80's old Smiley)

Extras:
- I'd love anything inspired by anything I've wisted! There is a lot there Smiley I also have an Amazon wishlist here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/38KGTSPJ8DPOU
and many etsy faves here: http://www.etsy.com/people/jojobeandesigns
Or feel free to check my blog for ideas!
- Cookbooks or sewing books
- Coffee, cocoa, and tea, loose or bags, but it must be decaf!

Thank you in advance for choosing me!

I claim PadFoot for the Firefly embroidery from her wists

2nd claim, 0 sent, 0 recieved

Hi my name is Jeni. I am a 19 year old college student in NJ. I have 3 cats and a mom (I sometimes think shes the kid). I am an admitted geek who is addicted Sci Fi. Doctor Who (and spin-offs), Firefly, Angel, Repo and Dr. Horribles Sing-A-Long Blog are some of my drugs. I also adore crime shows: Bones, NCIS (original, not LA), and Castle are among my favorites. House, Burn Notice, Dexter (I'm just about to start the 4th season), Psych, Pushing Daisies are some other favorites. Honestly, Im bad at picking favorites. I love to travel, especially to Australia. Photography, biking, and crafting are my main hobbies. I mostly do scrapbooking and embroidery. I love knitted or crocheted items, but my hands arent coordinated enough for me to make them myself, so if you are able and willing to make something for me, even just a funky hat, I would love it. Im trying to stick with natural fibers, but synthetic is fine if thats what you have. My mom is allergic to wool and Im allergic to strawberry, but those are the only big no nos. My favorite color is blue. Im not really into pink or red, or really bright colors. I dont really hate any styles, but I do like Steampunk, Victorian, Geek Chic, and vintage (especially 20s, 50s, and 60s). I like pretty things, but Im not a girly girl. I am a big fan of butterflies. I love music, almost all of it. Honestly the only things I really splurge on are crafts, music and books. OH! Books! I love books, maybe more than Dr. Who. Im an eclectic who would appreciate anything, randomness is my friend. I feel like Im halfway through writing a novel so Ill stop now. Thank You for whatever you make me!

Little crochet owls, I would love 2 so I can give one to my granddad (owls are kinda our    thing), but one per claim would be fine with me too. example-http://www.wists.com/InkSpot/535da91c11aad5edde26e2414537f33a?offset=0

Hi there!

My name is Jess and I'm a 26 year old SAHW living in Ontario, Canada. I'm not girly in the slightest - I prefer geeky things and tend to stay away from things like jewelry.

My favourite colours are red and black, followed up by pink, and then deep/dark colours in blue, purple and green.

I DO NOT like: yellow, orange, neon colours, paisley patterned things.

Some themes I enjoy: Super Mario, Spiders, Alice in Wonderland, Snail Mail, Coraline, old DOS games (my favourite is Ultima!), Steampunk, Invader Zim, Voodoo, General witchery, Xena, legends and mythology.

I claim arachnea for bookmarks and feathers!  (is that an odd combination?)

This is my 5th claim, one in transit, 3 received

Im located in Maryland, and am currently mostly a housewife.  I do a little bit of everything, and gently used materials or supplies are just fine by me.  Smiley  I'm allergic to tobacco, so please don't claim me for unwashable fiber or paper goods if anyone in your home smokes (even outside).

See my profile, or my swap info page for stalking info.

Crafts:

***some crochet coral! size & color are completely up to you (and even if you don't crochet, you should check out this link, because the galleries are awesome!)
*wool dryer balls--thanks, pixieval!
*unscented hand lotion (every time I use hand lotion my husband asks me why I smell funny...)
*a swiffer cover or two (any colors, so long as its washable!)--thanks, writer_crafter!
*pillow covers (the kind that zip shut) for standard sized bed pillows
*a pillow case or two for a body pillow (pm for measurements)
***a weeding tote: canvas or other sturdy material bag with a round bottom on which it will stand up on its own.  Im thinking about 18 diameter and similar height, medium sized carry straps, and no holes for things to fall out of.  (I have seen such things, but cant find them on the interneteveryone wants to sell me super complex bags full of tool pockets, which I dont need.)
*hand or machine embroidered patches suitable for sewing onto other things (see my wist/etsy favs for inspiration, or my swap info page for a list of motifs I like) --thanks, costumesaremylife!!
*handmade soaps (I prefer vanilla/nut/oatmeal/tea sorts of scents to fruit flavors, & lightly scented, please!)
*handmade paper
*rainbow striped or earth tones leg warmers (ping me for sizeI like long & slouchy, but I also have a pair that falls off my feet...)
*decorated push-pins or magnets (or both!)
***a pair of knucks!
*a bit of calligraphy-- pm me for favorite poems or texts

could be either crafted or bought supplies:
*nature-themed or old fashioned rubber or acrylic stamps (think pre-1930s: Victorian/Edwardian/Art Nouveau/medieval, etc)
*handspun/art yarn, in pretty much any amount (there are some examples on my wists under the yarn tag)
*or anything from the want tag on my wists (read the comments! they are important!)

Supplies:

*silk, linen, or other interesting material embroidery floss (I have lots of cotton already)
*quality glass seed beads (opaque sorts preferred)
*wooden DPNs to fill in my collection: so far I have sizes 0,2,4,6,8, & 10.5, so anything else would be great Smiley
*linen thread for bookbinding
*medium to heavy gauge colored aluminum jewelry wire
*laceweight yarn (odd skeins are fine, two per color even better!)
*some of the stainless steel core yarn: lions brand (wool/steel-- any color but cerise) or the Habu silk/stainless if you've got a partial skein you'd like to share!
*old fountain pen nibs
*a swift (a bit of a long shot, but used is fine & I can do basic repairs if needed...)

Extras:

*leftover cool yarn ends from your finished projects (anything over about half a yard I can find some use for...)
*small to medium sized see-through jars/bottles (like old spice containers) to keep beading notions in
*old roadmaps or other large sheets of paper I can cut up to make book signatures
*interesting teas & candies are generally welcome Wink
