I claim gamemom for a rotary cutter and something cutesy with a breast cancer ribbon on it!!
2nd claim, 0 sent

Examples of everything are on my wist... Smiley wists.com/lafemmefatale

Hi everyone! My name is Jessa and I'm a 24 year old living in Saint Petersburg, Fl.  There are examples of everything in my wist, and thank you in advance to everyone who claims me!  I live alone (well, with my cat Thunder)  and manage a restaurant and am applying for grad schools right now.  Many of my wishlist items are for Christmas presents though like the spider jewelry and the Nightmare Before Christmas Stuff so my likes don't really apply to everything. Smiley
Colors = almost anything except neon.  I love jewel tones mustard, teal, garnet, etc.  I dont love purple or pink.  Im a redhead so they dont really look good on me either. I also love unexpected color combinations like teal and red. My room is done in burnt orange, medium green, and dark browns and creams.
Themes = retro (like big bold prints and vintage styles), rocker/rockabilly, skulls and tattoos, nature (like tree of life or birds), or intellectual (pertaining to chemistry, anatomy, literature, etc).  I like a variety of things.
No allergies. No fur please.

I claim lafemmefatale for something wist-inspired!

This is my 4th claim, 2 sent & received.

I’m located in Maryland, and am currently mostly a housewife.  I do a little bit of everything, and gently used materials or supplies are just fine by me.  Smiley  I'm allergic to tobacco, so please don't claim me for unwashable fiber or paper goods if anyone in your home smokes (even outside).

See my profile, or my swap info page for stalking info.

Crafts:

*wool dryer balls
*unscented hand lotion (every time I use hand lotion my husband asks me why I smell funny...)
*a swiffer cover or two (any colors, so long as it’s washable!)--thanks, writer_crafter!
*pillow covers (the kind that zip shut) for standard sized bed pillows
***a weeding tote: canvas or other sturdy material bag with a round bottom on which it will stand up on its own.  I’m thinking about 18” diameter and similar height, medium sized carry straps, and no holes for things to fall out of.  (I have seen such things, but can’t find them on the internet—everyone wants to sell me super complex bags full of tool pockets, which I don’t need.)
*hand or machine embroidered patches suitable for sewing onto other things (see my wist/etsy favs for inspiration, or my swap info page for a list of motifs I like) --thanks, costumesaremylife!!
*handmade & naturally scented soaps (I prefer vanilla/nut/oatmeal/tea sorts of scents to fruit flavors) Also, lightly scented is preferred, as I reach the “too much scent” point before most people
*handmade paper
*rainbow striped or earth tones leg warmers (ping me for size—I like long & slouchy, but I also have a pair that falls off my feet...)
*decorated push-pins or magnets (or both!)
***a pair of knucks!
*a bit of calligraphy-- pm me for favorite poems or texts

could be either crafted or bought supplies:
*nature-themed or old fashioned rubber or acrylic stamps (think pre-1930s: Victorian/Edwardian/Art Nouveau/medieval, etc)
*handspun/art yarn, in pretty much any amount (there are some examples on my wists under the yarn tag)
*or anything from the want tag on my wists (read the comments! they are important!)

Supplies:

*silk, linen, or other interesting material embroidery floss (I have lots of cotton already)
*high quality glass seed beads (opaque sorts preferred)
*wooden DPNs to fill in my collection: so far I have sizes 0,2,4,6,8, & 10.5, so anything else would be great Smiley
*linen thread for bookbinding
*medium to heavy gauge colored aluminum jewelry wire
*laceweight yarn (odd skeins are fine, two per color even better!)
*old fountain pen nibs

Extras:

*leftover cool yarn ends from your finished projects (anything over about half a yard I can find some use for...)
*small to medium sized see-through jars/bottles (like old spice containers) to keep beading notions in
*old roadmaps or other large sheets of paper I can cut up to make book signatures
*interesting teas & candies are generally welcome Wink

I'm going to claim Pixieval for Christmas Ornaments, maybe ones for daycare providers...we'll see.

This is my 3rd Claim, 2 sent, 1 received

My name is Crystal, I live in TX, and I love:

My family!: Hubby, baby boy, Max, 8 months, and 3 rescued chihuahuas.
Music: I play piano and guitar, and I sing. Singing is my #1 love. Favorite artist at the moment is Regina Spektor.
Beach: Live in TX now, but moving to FL at the end of the year. Planning to get a sailboat, and spending a LOT of time on the water.
Sushi: Just love it. Before baby we used to do Sushi Saturday every week!
Bees: Planning on starting a few beehives in the next year or two, and harvesting honey.
Exercise: Trying to lose the last of the baby weight, Ugh! Diet, lifting weights, and me and the hubby have some pretty intense racquetball tournaments!
Crafting: It started with Scrapbooking, and has branched out, thanks to craftster. I want to get really good at sewing. I want to make my own dresses someday!
Photography: I just got an amazing camera, and am learning so much! I am practicing with my baby, but eventually want to do semi-professionally! I am loving every minute of learning!

Sewn:
~1~Cloth headbands in whatever prints. I like modern floral designs, I like soft colors and jewel tones. Less a fan of overly garish colors, and neons. Hippie or cool ethnic looking prints are awesome. Thanks goddessgarb!

~2~Checkbook Cover- I just got way into budgeting, something I should've done a long time ago, LOL, so I always have my checkbook nearby. Would love a cool cover for it. Fabric can be almost anything, since it is only a checkbook cover! Anything I mentioned before, or something more cutesy, like cute birds, doggies, sushi, or other character-y looking things. Something fun or funny. Thanks goddessgarb!

~3~Teething Bibs for baby boy! He is teething, and is subsequently soaking his shirts with drool, and chewing on them! LOL! I'd rather him soak a bib that I can change, rather than a shirt! Have you seen these amazing things? http://www.etsy.com/listing/57086795/pacifier-bib-or-teether-bib-citron?ref=sr_gallery_17&ga_search_query=bib&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=2&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title  I didn't even know these existed, but they look PERFECT! I'd prefer a snap rather than a tie or a pullover kind. Fabric can be anything. Characters, babyish, fun, funny, funky, cute, WHATEVER!

~4~Statment necklaces inspired by those on my wists! Love Anthropologie type pieces! I prefer silver to gold. Love subdued colors, like whites, clear, grays, black, etc,  and bright jewel tones in all colors!

~5~Knit Yoga socks similar to these: http://www.etsy.com/listing/48249851/yoga-socks-knitted-pilates-ballet-leg?ref=sr_gallery_3&ga_search_query=yoga+socks&ga_search_type=category&category=accessories&ga_page=&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title unless you have a better pattern, in a similar color. Earthy tan/beige/white, whatever.

~6~Needlebook- I don't have one! Depending on how its made, maybe something embroidered? Or in cool japanese fabric? There are so many cool ideas out there, I'd be happy with anything!(I have a few on my wists for inspiration) but really, ANYTHING is fine! . Thanks goddessgarb!

~7~Knitted/Crocheted hat for baby boy. See wists for examples. He is in the 99th percentile for head size, so store bought never fits! LOL! PM for noggin measurements. Neutral color would be cool, beige/brown/tan/white or blues or greens. Earthier colors. Love the kind with the little bill on it.

~8~Finger or Hand Puppet(s)-You can see wists for inspiration, but really, ANY animal/character, in ANY colors!

~9~Baby neckties, see wist. or here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/trendytikes  I love all these ties! Dots, stripes, damasks, simple floral, gingham, paisley, plaid, you name it! Any color will do-black, green, orange, brown, even pink would be cool in a modern print. I prefer the kind that I tie myself as opposed to the clip-on kind. Short enough for an 8 month old...you can pm for measurements too if you'd like.

~10~Heat/Cold packs like these on my wist: http://wists.com/lookitscrystal/cb5a568d9792c70f799a748f9f25afc4?offset=0  That can be microwaved. Any size, any pretty fabric, however many. One medium/large or a few pocket sized...you know, WHATEVER!

~11~ Homemade bath products, from candles to soap, and mostly, would LOVE a homemade shampoo bar and homemade deoderant (With a recipe!) I made some with some essential oils I got in the mail and the smell just didn't quite work with the cocoa butter I used in  the deoderant. Anyway, to keep experimenting would get too expensive for me, so I thought I could try all your recipes! If you don't want to share recipes, I'd love some homemade product anyway!

~12~Wisty surprise! wists.com/lapistola and wists.com/lookitscrystal

Supplies:
1. Any Cricut cartridges you don't want/use anymore!
2. Fabric! Anything you have or want to get rid of, as I want to practice my sewing! Would love some pretty or cute stuff, but really, I'll take anything, scraps, fat quarters, yardage, etc! Even plain old white cotton. I'd love it! Thanks thanate!
4. Dremel-I know, I can dream!
5. Beads, beading supplies. I want to learn to make big neckalces like the ones on my wists and have never made jewelry before. So ANYTHING is more than welcome, would be great if you are de-stashing!
6. Exacto knife blades
7. Wonder Under, zippers, mostly white yellow or blue, any size, Buttons, sewing notions. Tiny elastic
8. Fabric Paint, any color, any brand.
9. Resin Kit. I so want to learn this craft!
10. Old but clean bedsheets, any solid color is fine, or if the pattern is exceptionally cute or pretty...but mostly solids...any size
11. Strong Magnets
12. Ring blanks
13. Seam Ripper

Extras:
Chocolate/Hot chocolate
If you are outside the US: treats I can't get here!
Herbal Tea
Favorite vegetarian/vegan recipe

Thanks!

I claim Lady Pistola for Hot & Cold Packs  Smiley

[5,2,1,2]

Hello,  I’m Alisha from Maine. My birthday is on the 29th (woo!) and I will be 22. I live with my parents at the moment and have an obsession with crafting, Disney, and Marilyn Manson.  Quite a mix huh?  I am also in a long distance relationship with Dave who is from MA, but he currently lives in CT. I have additional info in my profile so feel free to check it out!

Colors: My favorite is green, but I have an eye lately for eggplant, mustard yellow, black, white, cream, greys, and rust orange. The only color I think I hate is lavender in most cases. It makes me angry inside. No idea why.

Yarns: I’m not a fiber snob. I love mostly all yarns with the exception of novelty ones(ex: fun fur, pom pom…ect).  I don’t mind acrylic, but I prefer the softer acrylics (when it comes to items other than amigurumi) to the other ones like Red Heart Super Saver. Bamboo and angora are both heavenly as usual. I am really open to anything.

Prints: I know that this statement is going to make things difficult, but I don’t have a favorite and I can’t really think of anything I don’t like. I consider myself a lover of many styles and can never choose just one. If you are unsure just ask or I can head you in the right direction. Pictures/Prints/Patterns, doesn’t matter.

Scents: LOOOOVE Vanilla. I have a very poor sense of smell, so I need strong scents. Fruity scents are good too. Orange reminds me of Florida which is where my heart has always been. I am not in any way a fan of lavender scents.

Dislikes: Skulls (yeah, pay no attention to my icon or the fact that I just bought the Skully scissor shirt from Craftster it is very situational),  Poppets(with the exception of ones that are suppose to look like a certain person which you will see a request for this below), Blythes, Religious items/figures, Holiday related, Drug related, Patriotic. Beer and Wine related things as I am a mixed drink lady.

Allergies: I am highly allergic to jewelry containing nickel. Not an allergy, but PLEASE just pass by this if you (or someone in your home) smokes indoors in your home. (I reviewed this statement because my uncle once lived with me and he was a smoker, but I never smelled it as he smoked outside). So smokers are okay, but I just don’t want my stuff smelling like smoke.

***** indicates BIG WISHES!!!!

Crafted:
*******A Marilyn Manson Poppet – Manson has been a big part of my life since I was freakishly young. Huge bonus if he has bendable fingers, normal non-elf like ears, pale skin, and possibly a tad thin in the face. Even if you can just pull one of them off, that would be great. Here are a few examples of era’s that he could be depicted as. Pic 1, Pic 2, Pic 3, Pic 4, Pic 5, Pic 6.
********I NEEEEEEEED a weekender bag –  Inspiration in my wists. My S.O.  lives 3 states away and I need something that is bigger than a backpack but smaller than luggage. I am no light packer but I need to be. So I am hoping to pack lighter than my heavy luggage. Must have zipper as I am going from state to state, and at some points will be a carry-on luggage. Longer handles so I can fit them over my shoulder. Bonus points if it has a removable shoulder strap, but not necessary.
*Flying Pig iPod Case – to fit my 30G iPod Video(5th Generation)
********Knitted Bat Amigurumi – Brown, with a small same color button(so it blends in, and velcro or button feet so I can hang him upside-down from something.
*Knitted Arm Warmers – The key to these are that I would like ones that are cream, black, dark grey, or dark dark grey. Also they should come up to the elbow or so with a half thumb. Sorry, I know I sound picky. Here is an example. And here is another.
***********Knitted Lamb Amigurumi
*Handmade Soaps (Vanilla, Lemongrass, ect.)Thank You mcook72677!
******Knitting Needle Roll/Book – I am getting into knitting and I would like one to hold one or all types (Straight, Double Pointed, Circular).  I am in particular need for a Double Pointed Needle Case as I just received an entire set of DPNs! They are 7” US1-10, 10 ½, 11, 13, 15
*Ceramic Rice/Noodle Bowl – One that has slots for chop sticks to rest on.
*Ceramic Yarn Bowl
*Gryffindor Scarf – In the trapped bar style. Knitted in a round so there are no wrong sides.
*Bella Mittens – Not a Twilight fan, but the mittens I have been seeing around are beautiful.
*Weighted Pin Cushion –I love this one
*****A resin pendant. I would like a clear amber colored resin with a mosquito in the middle. I have been planning on making this and have had everything to do it with (even the mosquito!) I just can’t seem to find patience to make anything for myself, just for others!
*Fair Isle Hat – Would be mega awesome in mostly black with red and white. My family are from Sweden on one side and Finland on the other, so the Scandinavian inspired colors would be awesome.
*Pink Bunny Slippers – The crocheted ones from Stitch-n-Bitch: The Happy Hooker. I have the book so I can send you that particular pattern for you to make a set for me. Another one of those items that I can make, but I don’t have the time do so, nor the desire when I can make stuff for others!

Supplies (Used is beyond fine):
*Crochet Today! Magazine(s) – Back issues. I only have the Jan/Feb 2010 one
*Paper Creaser – Found in a scrapbooking isle, but great for book binding
*Woodburner – Will come in handy for various projects
*Cross-Stitch FabricThank You gamemom42!
*Embroidery ThreadThank You game mom 42!
*Pinking sheers or rotary blade style
*****Knitting Needles (Straight/Double Point/Circular) – Prefer Bamboo as that is ultimately what my collection will be, but will except metal to get me by until then. Not a fan of the plastic ones.  - Thank You zilamonster for the Double Pointed Set!
*Knitting Notions – I have stitch markers, the small sized cone silicone point protectors(clover) and a stitch counter, but would like items like stitch holders, cable needles, Petite and Large silicon point protectors and larger.
****Safety Noses, Pale Blue(think “ice”-like, like what a polar bear or yeti would have)/Albino Eyes
****Walt Disney World themed scrapbooking suppliesThank You AlyssaKnits!
*Asian Knot Kit
*Cold Process Soap Kit
*Lip Balm Kit
*Vanilla Candle Kit
*Quilting Kit to make a wall hanging(that’s a good starter project, right?)
*Ceramic Pen(s) – For writing/drawing on dinnerware. Any color(s), but I definitely need black
*Jar-of-Whimsies – can totally be a mini oneThank You gamemom42!
*Dremel – One can wish.
*One-Yard-Wonders Book - Thank You zilamonster!
*******Metal Letter/Number Stamping Kit – You know, like what you use to stamp spoons and such. Doesn't have to be a combo. Can just be letters.

Extras:
*Gummy Worms
*Botan Rice Candy
*Non-Disposable Chopsticks
*****Florida License Plate – The one with the orange on it. Prefer on that says either “Sunshine State” or “Orange County” on the bottom.
*Disney Park Maps from any time period; the older the better.
*Anything from Walt Disney World you would like to get rid of. One can dream, can’t they?

Thank you soooo much to who ever claims me!

+ my wallet is coming apart, i’d love if someone could sew me a new one! (can we talk about the design?)

+ (sewn) newsboy hat in a neutral colors (prefer dark ones or beige). nothing too styleish, something a man would wear too.

+ sleeveless secretary style blouse. i'm aiming for a simple and loose design, something that would be kinda easy to make. here’s a sample of my taste, it absolutely doesnt have to be exactly like one of those. http://www.wists.com/shegoesla/blouse

+ this strawberry little bag! http://www.wists.com/shegoesla/c8045d4ac1191b74b29cb967ba838bfb?offset=20

+ a kinda large pincushion in a fun shape (i love those that look like mushroom, little houses, stuff like this. just no animals - cos i would be able to stick pins in them...). if you could stick something heavy in the lower part - so it would stand like a big boy, that would be great as well)

new
+ a circular needle organizer. i’m not sure about the design i want - but just something that keep each one separate and not tangled all over eachother Smiley

new
+ i’d love some hand-dyed yarn, something i can knit into this:

maybe to put small change or cards in it?

(i love the idea of getting stuff that someone doesnt use anymore, but i would)
glass paint / markers
porcelain paint / markers
shrinkey dinks (or something that would work similar)

book corner protectors

more craft supplies i’d love to get Smiley
stamping rubber (big erasers would do as well)
stamp carving tool (i dont have any, so anything basic would be great)
fun edged scissors
sticky wallpaper leftovers (i use them to make cards)
knitting needle gauge tool
gold filled or silver findings. pls nothing that would change its color (i’m making stuff as gifts, and cant have them tarnish or become black etc)
faux pearl beads. would prefer cream / white etc
color changing yarn, to make this http://www.wists.com/shegoesla/0d8583aa7567ff2c54dee18b776c6dbe?offset=40

I claim shegoesla for fun edged scissors and assorted supplies

5th claim, 3 sent, 2 rec'd

My name is Teresa.  I live in Ga. with my wonderful hubby of 30 years and our two grown daughters ( who have both returned to the nest to finish their educations).  I have a grown stepson and am Mimi to a 13 year old boy and 7 year old girl.   We share our little homestead with a pet cow, mini donkey ( he's something of a cute bully), three pygmy goats, and seven cats.

I use swaps to collect OOAK gifts for my friends and family so my wist reflects quite a variety of tastes.  Please read tags/notes carefully if you choose something wisty for color preferences, sizes, etc.  I am completely okay with you taking something from my wist and making it in your favorite medium rather than the one pictured.  I can't tolerate the smell of smoke or lavender.

Crafts:

Gigantic Wish:  A pottery yarn bowl in muted shades

Big Wish:  A  medium to largish uterus stuffie ( not crocheted or knitted).

Big Wish:  Yoga Socks!  I desperately want yoga socks made out of wonderfully thin and colorful sock yarn.  These would be for my daughter who has teeny feet, women's size 5 shoe.

Big Wish:  A girl's/women's fitted t-shirt in med. or dark blue, hunter green, gray or black that says  Smarmy  on it.  I would want this to be screen printed/ silk screened.  This would need to be either a small or xs.  This daughter doesn't care for those super long fitted t's ( she's barely over 5') but if you have a serger you could get one of those and hem it a bit.  She loves the t's at Target except for the length.  V neck is best but normal scoop neck is okay too ( none of those super wide scoop necks that fall off the shoulders  Thanks mixer!

A handmade or altered journal in one of the following themes:  bees, Scotland, owls, 70's fashions, fonts

A woven scarf in gray/white/black.  Not super long, its for a 5' tall woman

scrabble tile pendants for letters "M"  and "J"   Would love them on leather ( not real leather, maybe its rubber?) cord.

beaded tree sculpture ( not jewelry) in amber/orange/brown
anything phrenology themed
cat tent that looks "piratey"
black scoodie in fleece with hood part lined in something silky so my hair won't get crazy
sz. 2 black and white polka dot swirly skirt ( for a 5' tall woman)
sz. 51/2 mukluks with fake leather soles
something girly with the breast cancer ribbon on it for a 22 year old for Christmas (?)

thanks lafemmefatale!

anything off my wist or anything inspired by anything on my wist

supplies:

Big Wish:  wool felt ( scraps are fine, its for a penny rug)

any Japanese craft book
bias tape makers
rotary cutter  thanks lafemmefatale!
any knitting loom ( any size, made of anything)
sublime stitching transfers for hand embroidery ( monkey love, zombies, or vital organs) ( It's okay if you've used a couple of the patterns and just send me what you didn't use from the package)
transfer pens ( I like the purple disappearing ink)
interfacing ( prefer med. or heavy and fusible)
sushi print fabrics
all purpose thread ( new please)
any craft books or magazines

extras:

vintage children's books
Bunny Suicide anything
cat toys/treats
gluten free treats

Thanks so much for claiming me!

I claim GameMom42 for something Wist inspired

1st claim, 0 sent, 0 recieved

Hi my name is Jeni. I am a 19 year old college student in NJ. I have 3 cats and a mom (I sometimes think shes the kid). I am an admitted geek who is addicted Sci Fi. Doctor Who (and spin-offs), Firefly, Angel, Repo and Dr. Horribles Sing-A-Long Blog are some of my drugs. I also adore crime shows: Bones, NCIS (original, not LA), and Castle are among my favorites. House, Burn Notice, Dexter (Im only on the third season), Psych, Pushing Daisies are some other favorites. Honestly, Im bad at picking favorites. I love to travel, especially to Australia. Photography, biking, and crafting are my main hobbies. I mostly do scrapbooking and embroidery. I love knitted or crocheted items, but my hands arent coordinated enough for me to make them myself, so if you are able and willing to make something for me, even just a funky hat, I would love it. Im trying to stick with natural fibers, but synthetic is fine if thats what you have. My mom is allergic to wool and Im allergic to strawberry, but those are the only big no nos. My favorite color is blue. Im not really into pink or red, or really bright colors. I dont really hate any styles, but I do like Steampunk, Victorian, Geek Chic, and vintage (especially 20s, 50s, and 60s). I like pretty things, but Im not a girly girl. I am a big fan of butterflies. Music is my life, I have tinnitus so silence is my downfall. Honestly the only things I really splurge on are crafts, music and books. OH! Books! I love books, maybe more than Dr. Who. Im an eclectic who would appreciate anything, randomness is my friend. I feel like Im halfway through writing a novel so Ill stop now. Thank You for whatever you make me!

Little crochet owls, I would love 2 so I can give one to my granddad (owls are kinda our    thing), but one per claim would be fine with me too. example-http://www.wists.com/InkSpot/535da91c11aad5edde26e2414537f33a?offset=0

Awesome Stenciled Shirts- I have faith in what you can think of, but if you need ideas pm me
