I have a friend who does reenactments in a guild, and she asked me to make her a dress to add to her wardrobe for the reenactment season.
* I got some pictures of her in the dress.  She was in the middle of a conversation, so she wasn't really paying attention to the camera!  Hence the weird gestures and faces.*

This is a Simplicity pattern (3727), no modifications done except for omitting the trim along the front of the chest.  We might do that too, depending on how she likes it when she wears it this weekend.

oh good grief, you worked really really hard on this dress!!!!!!!!!!!

that's like cartridge pleating hell, lil missy! you get props! It is totally stunning on her, you could get some business after she wears this, tell her to carry around your business cards at shows!
