I love the pop-up book!

I received from lady4feet today and I am so infatuated with my tiny book.  I'm going to carry it with me in my purse and show everyone i meet!

I love everything, you did such a wonderful job!  Thank you so much!!

PS: When I opened my package my hubby looked at me, confused, and asked "You got a video game?" Cheesy

PPS Sorry about the screen name mix up!  I'm so embarrassed!

I'm glad you like it! Originally I had the papers a mix between screen shots and blanks thinking it would be a cute little video game journal then I remembered that almost everything is saved now, lol, makes gaming so much more convenient.

No worries about the screen name mix up, I've done it before too. I'm horrible with names, even fake ones  Smiley

The books you made are so lovely and perfect, and I adore the ring and extra petals you sent for me to craft with.  You are also an amazing artist and it was such a pleasure being partnered with you.

::blushes:: thanks so much, that's so sweet! I have a couple pictures I remembered to take before I sent...

This was a rose from my flowerbed! The leather is part of a collection of scraps from the shop of a cool dude who makes Indian shirts and moccasins, of which I would someday like to own a pair... ($300 and gorgeous!)

I am a recent convert of the rub-on! I know that sounds dirty, but Michael's has these great vintage-y ones right now. nessie said she likes birdcages.

I like putting tiny pictures of things by rulers...I don't know why but I think it's funny  Undecided

Ring! Got lucky and found a little bead shop where the lady sells cool filigree pieces...I need to go buy her whole supply Cheesy

This gallery is freakin' awesome! Can't wait to see the rest.

All of the tiny books are really cool, and I especially love the Nintendo cartridge book (my inner geek is green with envy!)

nooo if you have made it a requirement of the swap that people post pix, I am pretty sure (but open to correction) that you can withhold feedback until they do. Or you can give feedback but put a comment to say that they didn't post pix..

personally i think its very rude not to, of course sometimes cameras go wonky or sometimes people dont have one, but then you need to make sure your partner takes pix before they send so that everyone can see what wonderful stuff they have done..

Smiley hope that doesn't come across as too tetchy..but it is something I think that is really important.

Wow! Awesome gallery you've got going here! It makes me want to play with my papercraft stuff...

Regarding the feedback thing: You can't hold feedback hostage forever... 2 weeks after send out everyone need to have feedback if the package has been received (positive) or if they haven't sent yet (temp negative). I'm pretty sure those still in transit are allowed to have "in progress" still. And you can always change the feedback to add comments later if pictures are not posted for example. So there's really no need to wait with feedback.

Best. Gallery. Ever.

I agree! And after you posted that, it got even more awesome!  Shocked

Agreed!  I'm not even in this swap and it's fun to look at this gallery.  I think it's mostly everyone has their own really unique style and went crazy with the books (content, embellishments, degrees of tininess, etc).

The rose petals are so pretty, and the leather cover just looks so nice and soft Smiley

This gallery is shaping up to be totally awesome, and we've still got lots of books on their way , so more awesomeness to come!

I finally got around to collaging the pictures of the pages from my book, in case anyone was interested in more birds on heads  Grin
