I got my package from mere1312 today! I am so happy with everything she sent!  Cheesy
First off she sent me this fabulous tote bag that I just love. Hot pink with black and white polka-dot ribbons for straps!

The quote says: "Love is Love, Gender is NOT the issue." How true!  Wink

Also, a pic of the inside lining and pockets.

Then there is the awesome clutch!

And the cute skull lining:

There were also 3 pairs of earrings in the package that I love, especially the blue and yellow ones that I'm wearing right now!

And last, but certainly not least, the awesome lime green & black duct tape wallet! I love this so much, especially because it is something that I don't craft myself, which always makes for a good swap present. Cheesy
The outside:

The inside:

The quote on the outside says: War is Worthless. We've had enough of these politicians' wars. What we need right now is Love.
The inside says: We've had enough of these military scoreboards, what we need right now is Love.

Here's a shot of it just folded.

It's ok that your car broke down Meredith, this package was totally worth the wait!!  Grin Thanks so much for sending it and for organizing this swap!

My package from leokandres arrived yesterday.  Lrschic, she made a duct tape wallet, too. Smiley Mine is pink with "Equal work, equal pay."  Also out of duct tape: a "craft for peace" journal, and a framed picture of anti-war protestors (I thought it was anti-abortion at first, too.  Such clever signs!)
My lovely partner also included a small knit pouch with an embroidered peace sign, a blue wooden box with "How can you be pro-life and pro-war?", a "Protest is patriotic" yo-yo (hurray! Smiley I love yoyos.) a little purse with "there is no way to peace, and a beaded bracelet with "ban animal testing now."
I love everything, Kate.  Thanks so much! Did you happen to take pictures?

I did, but I can find that data card.....I'll look around the house for it.  I'm glad you like it all; did you look
at the under side of the top of the box?  Does that make sense? Smiley

lilmissdogooder received her items and told me I could show what I sent her so here it is.  This was my first swap and I was super nervous.  The bag was my first stencil and the shirt was my second so I'm glad she liked them.  Here they are.....hope to see more pictures of everyone's stuff soon.

T-Shirt - the little person looks a little more like a wookie or big foot than I had hoped.

I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it.  Possibly with dynamite.

I LOVE the veggie bag!  I have an old canvas bag I take to the farmers' market to carry home my veggies....it's getting kinda ragged so maybe I should take some inspiration from supahcrafty.

I love the 'love' in the tree shirt!  everything looks so great, I think the wallet with equal pay for equal work is great idea too, i'll definitely have to make one if I ever have any money to put in it! Smiley

i recieved my package from artery a few days ago (but i hadnt had time to post yet)!!

my main statements were that i support gay marriage and homosexuality in general...

artery sent such a great package!!! she sent me a cool long purse (i needed a new one!) and a patch both with a pink triangle on them, (the symbol for gay and lesbians rights in canada) a scarf (hot pink - my favourite colour!), a coffee mug with a clear outer so i can fill it in with a picture or something and a pound of coffee that smells sooo good!

she also sent me a cute pair of earrings and a pad of sticky notes shaped like an 'E' ( never seen that before - neato!) plus the novel, "The Feminine Mystique".  perfect timing as im looking for something new to read!

i hope i didnt forget anything!

thanks so much artery!  everything was GREAT!!  i dont have a digiital camera but if you do please post pics if you have them!
