For the last couple of weeks I've been working on buttercup bags for the first time.  I love this pattern!  (Well now I do thanks to CraftyChef for helping me figure out a few parts).  Anyway, here is the first one I made.  No interfacing, no pockets, nothing fancy.  It was for a 6 year old.  Excuse the cruddy pictures.  I had to take them hurriedly before giving it as a gift.

This is my second one, just for me. Smiley  I interfaced this one and put a regular pocket and a zippered pocket inside.  I love how much sturdier it is with interfacing but wow, it makes a big difference in putting it together.  A little more challenging!

This one was a gift for my mom.  I enlarged it by 115% and it was the perfect size.  The original size is a bit small for us.  I interfaced this one too and added a zipper and zippered pocket.  Again, quick pictures, sorry for the quality.

My very first gusset!  A little frustrating but I like how it turned out!

Thanks for looking!  And thanks to queenofdiy for this zipper tutorial http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=298323.0 and SewPixie for this zippered pocket tutorial http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=11808.0.

Thank you!  I like my mom's best too.  Lucky she needed it to go on a trip or I might've kept it and made her wait for another one! lol
