After I made the Dortje pants (from Sewing Clothes Kids Love) for my daughter, I was pretty convinced the pattern would work for boy or girl, even though the book specifically says they are "girl" pants. I had this adorable bottom-weight owl fabric that I was planning to make something cute for my son, so I made him some Dortje pants! I really think it turned out well for a boy. They are a little long. (Couldn't get him to stay still for a fitting. Roll Eyes) I'm washing them to see if they pull in any before I re-hem them. I added some olive green piping to the outer side seams and the front pockets to macho it up a bit. What do you think?

My model wouldn't quit dancing! Cheesy

I can't decide which is more adorable - the pants or your little model :0)

Very nice job!
