Panna cota: Italian dessert made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar, mixing this with gelatin, and letting it cool until set.

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1   teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3  cup water
2 tablespoons rose syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla syrup (no extract)
5 teaspoons of agar agar

Dissolve the agar agar in water. Set  aside.
In a saucepan, combine sugar with milk and heavy cream.
Bring to almost boiling point.
Add the agar-water mixture, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla extract and rose syrup.
Pour the liquid into molds.
When the liquid is firm, wrap each mold with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
Dip mold in warm water for a few seconds before turning on serving plates.
Pour 1 tspn of rose syrup in each panna cota before serving.

I'm not normally a fan of rose flavored anything, but I do love a good panna cotta. Smiley
