Just made a ton of oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies instead of making dinner... now I don't want to make dinner.  Boy it would be a lot easier if I could just have pizza, blah.

Going to work on the 2 smalls I have stuff for tonight, though I should be cleaning since husband's grandparents will be coming into town tomorrow... (this was a surprise visit, I find odd for great grandparents who live in MO to just hop in the car and drive to NC, but whatever).
I won't even mention how I SHOULD be working on the kids costumes... I am just not feeling it.

The coolest thing happened today... when the mail lady came, she delivered a small package with a zombie head lollipop inside, and a note that says it's from my Zombie-Santa!  I can only assume it's my secret STS Holiday partner - who is freakin awesome!  Thanks Zombie-Santa, you made my day!   I made the hour drive to town today and got a few supplies.  I think I'm all set, just need to get started! 

ZS, you should just have cookies for dinner.

Hang in there Sansa!!  You are an amazing knitter so I know everything will turn out perfectly.  Lana and I LOVE our dragon scarves....I'm so happy that I'm not growing...I'd be too sad if I couldn't wear mine anymore...guess I'll be sharing mine with Lana at some point.

I agree--cookies for dinner rocks...not for Q though...he should eat a real dinner.

I'm making slow progress on the first item on my list.  It's going to take the longest then the rest should go pretty easily.

One item almost done (need to get a final supply), test item a success!  Developed a cunning plan for another item, which will be the final item and take the most time after I finish everything else.

Well, it may be less cunning after the mudslide wears off. Although, I started thinking about it at work (sans mudslide), so maybe it will still be cunning in the morning....

I would normally offer the test item up in my shop, but this time it will be offered to the secretary at work, for reasons which cannot currently be explicated. Well, obviously I can't put it in my shop, but why it is appropriate for the secretary will remain inexplicable. Did I mention that I had a mudslide? Actually, I think my attempts to work on a tedious manuscript at work might go a lot better with a mudslide.

I can't imagine anyone turning down treats!  The only reason this lollipop is still around is we're making our way through the Mini 13 Days of Halloween swap candy overload right now.  Isn't it cool?

I had a chance to work on part of one of my projects this morning, though I am feeling now it's more like a medium than a small.  It's turning out pretty neat though, I just hope my partner likes it...
My least favorite part of this swap is not being able to share about what I am working on, anywhere... not even FB since I am friends with so many of you there!  It's hard!
