I finished crafting two days ago, just procrastinating on the wrapping and writing notes/card to go with the package. This always throws me. I need to think of something witty and hertwarming to say, but my mind goes blank.

I, too, blank out when the situation calls for witty and heartwarming.  Cheesy

LOL, it either flows naturally, without being prompted, or it doesn't flow at all. It's beyond my control! Greeting cards and cover-letters are hard for me.  Smiley
My big project is basically done, but I'm having a hard time deciding whether to cover a big blank surface with ___ or ___. The 2nd project I keep plugging along with. The 3rd one is started but I have no motivation to do it.  Embarrassed And that stinks because even if I didn't send it to my partner, it would be a good item to post in my shop.

I'm with you guys.  That's why my swaps usually don't contain a note.  I'm great at writing an inscription in a book or chatting via PM, but when it comes to tags on gifts .... it's just a simple To: blah blah  From: Santa

OK, so the one item I had made a while back that I was going to include in this package got put into another package....

Oh-Noooooo!

Some-Timers hit you?  Or was it Mental-Pause???

Actually, it was a cross between 'I have 2 partners with similar tastes and the item would work for both of them' syndrome and 'This other swap still needs one more item to be made and sendouts are sooner than this swap'-itis  Cheesy  LOL!  No worries though, I have a whole page of ideas that will be no trouble for me to crank out on my 2 days off this week.

Worked on 2 more things for my package today!  I have one more thing I know I want to make for sure and then I will probably have to wrap it up before the box gets too heavy, husband is getting upset by how much I have been spending on shipping lately... Sad

Zelda, I'm hoping to use a large flat rate box, exp since I'm sending a _______ which is really heavy!  I wish they'd make a large flat rate that was a bigger version of the tall medium box.  Smiley

I just thought of the perfect item to include in my package and since I am in Thailand, this perfect item should be really easy to find!! I am getting excited about pulling this package together and sending it out. This will be my first package I've mailed to anyone since moving over here. I am really pumped about that for some reason Grin
