I decided I wanted to crochet more, and decided to make a shawl, cause I've really gotten in to wearing those and I simply don't have enough of them... as of this summer I had only one. It's getting a bit worn-out =)
As you can see, I also made half-gloves to go with it, got them here if you wanna see more:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=359907.0)

Anyway, this is how the shawl turned out:

close up (though a bit blurry, sorry):

it's cozy and practically living around my neck now =)

awww, thanks!

I am so not used to wearing colors, so this rich one really took some getting used to, but now I really like it. It's so warm and nice and cozy.

Inspiration without application is moot.

The crochet lace is gorgeous. You did a great job on it.

What yarn did you use? I love the color.

you guys make me all warm an fuzzy inside =)

rottenlittleboys- it's a swedish brand called Svarta Fret, they have this set of acrylic yarn that I love and knit most stuff in. It's the perfect size, it gets fluffy, it remains the same thorugh the washing and I can work with it without getting rashes all over my hands like I do with whool ^^
