Wow! Canning on a small scale wears me out- you are amazing! I've never heard of lemon pickles or kasoundi, so I guess I have some google-ing to do.  Smiley

So far I've had bad luck with my refridgerator dill pickles. Any suggestions?

Thanks very much!  We tried the lemon pickles last night, they aren't very tasty.  Kasoundi is a tomato and cayenne pepper based condiment with lots of Indian spices.  I don't have any experience with refrigerator dill pickles to assist when_im_sixty4, does anyone else?
