Well, I'll be attending four weddings within the next year or two ... a fact which, while I am SUPER excited that my friends and cousins have found awesome people they want to spend the rest of their lives with, sort of makes me go 'ho hum, I'm 31 and single and it's stinking hard to meet a man when you don't drink and work in a mostly-female environment'.  So instead of feeling more sorry for myself, I was thinking that at some point channeling my pity party into a I AM AWESOME JUST THE WAY I AM party might be fun.  And since I don't generally craft for myself, I thought it might be fun to craft for someone else!

Is there any interest in this?  Always single, newly single, divorced, widowed, whatever!  If you don't have a mate, then you'd be welcome.

It could even be holiday-ish, if people wanted to do it sooner, rather than later.

I retired from relationships 7 years ago, no itch to get back, but this would definitely have to involve chocolate. Wish I could find that essay I wrote, it would be perfect for this theme.

I'm so happy to see interest!

When is good for everyone?  How big of a swap do we want?  I couldn't do a big swap, so may 4 points?  Other suggestions?  I think including a 'candy requirement' is a fun idea. Cheesy  (or sweets in general)

this could be fun.  i've just started having friends that are getting engaged/married (it's kinda freaking me out!  haha).  and i have some other friends who are all marriage obsessed even though they're not getting married yet.  but not me.  i can't even picture settling down yet.  i still have so much to do!   Cheesy

My boyfriend works away so I've spent the last nine weeks on my own...I definitely feel single.  Roll Eyes

I do think this is a great idea though.

I adore this idea :] I just got out of a two year relationship, and had this weird two week thing... I'm sick of the terrible twos, and most definitely up for this.
