Okay I think I'm in on this one, I started an scrappy granny rectangle afghan.  Not sure where it will go once I'm done but you never know when a random need for a granny-ghan will come up!

I'm all in for October... although I cant decide whether I should start my hubby's Mario blanket or my log cabin. One thing is for sure, I have all the Mario colors ready to go... and I still haven't picked colors or a design for my log cabin (but oh, I want it so!)...sooo many choices, so little time!   Cheesy

I'm in!  I'm going to use my scraps up in this pattern:

Boyfriend's Christmas present: check.  Cheesy

Also, I found some patterns for various granny squares.  Pretty and free.

12" squares

8" squares

7" squares

6" squares

I have purchased all the yarn! I will be making a wedding gift afghan for my friend Jessica's wedding in November. Her living room is a deep red, shades of tan and some white. Seems to be a popular color theme with a lot of people lately. Smiley I remember when I was a kid and all the living rooms were 80's peach and seafoam green or a country blue.

Really excited to get started! Welcome to all the newbies to the granny a day life and welcome back to some of you familiar faces! Can't wait to see what october produces. Although I never stop crocheting, we are getting into the season!

I've already changed the green in the smaller piece...it will be taupe and w/ three other color choices as in the original pattern.  The other one is destashing craziness!! Wink

RhymeswOrange...if this is similar to your pattern...I really want to see it!!!
