I really like trees and I like mosaics, so it seemed like a logical thing to do.

Here's the window pregrout.



I'm super serious when I grout.



My sister liked this picture of the nasty grout water. She just got a new camera, so I'm including it!



and finally the finished product!

Gorgeous!  I was just thinking of doing a mosaic with those glass blobs myself, but discovered to my sadness that they would make my intended project faaaar too big.  Seeing yours though, I might just do it anyway!

If I had worked continuously it wouldn't have taken too long, but I started gluing about three weeks ago and just grouted today! and I'll tell my sister you liked her picture! she'll be so happy!

It's really easy! I just put all the glass globs down and glued them individually. Then I grouted it and cleaned it up. That's it! you should try it!

this is great, I am guessing these are the flat glass 'marbles'? what did you glue them with and was it regular tile grout..

I love how it looks.
