I couldn’t find a pattern that was all crochet, I didn’t want to use felt for the mouth and teeth. So, I decided to make my own. He is about 6 inches tall.

Small amount of Worsted weight yarn in brown, red and white
Size 5.5mm hook
Thread and sewing needle
Small beads for the eyes or you can embroider them.

Notes: Head/body, arms and legs are done in a continuous round.

ch =chain
sc=single chain
tc=triple chain

Starting at the top of his head:
1: ch 7, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in ea ch to end, 2 sc in end of chain (DO NOT TURN), sc along other side to end.
2: 3 sc in end of chain, sc in next 5 chs, 2 sc in ea of next 3 chs, sc in next 5 ch
3: 2sc in ea of next 4 chs, sc in ea if next 5 ch
4: Continuing in rounds, sc in ea ch until he measures 5 inches.
5: start to stuff.
6: *sc dec in next2 chs, sc in next ch * Repeat till opening is closed. Fasten off and weave in end.

Arms and legs: (make 2 of each)
-Ch2, 6 sc in loop. Sc in every ch for 5 rows.
-Fasten off. Weave in ends

Teeth: (make 2 sets)
With white, ch 9, *tc in second ch from hook, sl in next ch*. Repeat 4 times. Fasten off.

Red Mouth Patch:
Ch 10. Sc in second ch from hook. *Sc in ea ch to end, ch 1 and turn.* Repeat for 5 rows. Fasten off and weave in ends.

-   Sew teeth to red mouth piece, One on ea end of the wide end. Fasten off, weave in ends and sew onto front of body about the middle.
-   Stuff arms and legs and sew them onto the body.
-   Sew beads on face for eyes or embroider them.

Your done!
