AMAZING!  I used to watch that particular recording of Cats so much that our video got ruined.  I love your version!  Are you making any more?

Thanks Smiley He was a special request from my mother in-law. Her best Friend is a huge Cats fan so she asked me to make if for her birthday. To be honest I have not seen the whole movie yet. I just watched some clips and looked at some pictures. I choose Gus because he was one of the only characters that didn't have the full spandex outfit. I don't even know how to go about making a spandex suit and how I would paint them from head to toe Cheesy

That's awesome!  Shocked  His face is so detailed. Did you needle felt the hair and eyebrows on? And knit his adorable little sweater, too?

I wefted the hair and eyebrows with yarn and then sewed them on. Needle felting would have been a good way too Smiley I have never needle felted before but would love to try it. I knitted the sweater then used a latch hook to add the yarn.
thanks for your comments.

This is stunning. Great job and you did a great job capturing the make-up. Did you know that each cat has simular make up no matter where the show is done. When you buy the rights to the musical they have specific makeup and costume requirements for the actors. This is just great.
