I loved the new Vera Bradley hobo bag

but it's rather costly to buy all the patterns I like!  So, I thought I'd try it out myself and here's what I came up with.  What do you think?

The handles are flat...not tubes like the VB bags.  My machine can NOT handle that!  Overall, I like it pretty well.

It has 3 pockets in side and the lining is polkadot...

This is awesome! It looks like it could fit (almost) anything without looking bulky- I love bags like that!
...If you happen to try it again, would you mind putting together a tut for it? Wink It would be much appreciated.

Not that I mind putting a tutorial together of what I did...

But, would it be considered infringement on copywrite by doing that?  It was just something I wondered when I was making the bag...

Thoughts?

I think it looks great! The fabric is awesome, and my favorite color. Smiley

Love it!  Not my first choice of colors either but I like the print enough I'd still use it!

There's a fantastic Ted Talk by Johanna Blakely which talks about fashion and copyright.  You are perfectly within your rights to share your design, if you want to.  Wink

Actually, I prefer your bag over the Vera Bradley you got the idea from.  I love the size and the fabric.  I'm alway so jealous of those that can look at something and come up with their own pattern.  Such talent.

I too am totally upset that they are taking the servers down to fix things. Why can't they just let things stay broken? I don't care if I can't move due to lag or if quests are bugged. If I leave my room my mom may make me get a job.
