I love that cardinal, so cute!  I'm leaning toward a felt penguin ornament, but I'm not 100% sure yet.  Does anyone like penguins?

I am still considering joining, and if I do, I was thinking of doing these simple sewn bird shapes in different fabrics, maybe a pair of them each in order to make the $7-10 requirement. I see that a LOT of people are doing a form of birds...I think it would be awesome to receive all bird ornaments! (Although that s'more sledding one is TOO cute for words!) I'll try to work on mine this weekend to get a photo up.

Oh and yes, I love penguins, and it would definitely go along with the bird theme!  Grin

I LOVE penguins! Smiley And my tree is bird themed with pine cone garland so I love the different bird ornaments.  I also love the cute and classic ornaments like the knit ball and the little sweater and sock.  So make sure to sign up and offer them!  Grin

Okay, I think I am going to do this.

Also, is it cool if they're all a little different? I love making these to use up all those leftover, partial skeins. If that's okay, I would do each one with different colors, color work, maybe some cables, etc. If that's not okay, I can make them all them same.

Some how I missed this question before.  Yes, it is okay to make items slightly different. Like if you decided to make little sweaters they could all be different colors or you could even offer some sweaters and some stockings. Then you can post a picture of all your offerings when you finish crafting and your swap partners can send you their preferences. Which ever way you prefer. But make sure to signup because I love both the stocking and the sweater. Smiley

If anyone has any questions, let me know.
