Yay Tero!  i'm glad you like them Smiley  All of the bookmarks you got are fabulous, but I think I am in love with that tiny crochet mushroom!

I finally received from 6craftycats!  I love this bookmark, can't figure out how she made it:

And lvl0rg4n asked me to post a pic of the bookmark I sent her- I only took a group pic before I sent them all out, so it's the one on the far left, a blue/orange book 'belt':

Yes, 6craftycats, please share how you did that! It looks awesome! I'm really curious. Is the white on the lighthouse clear/see-through? Wow!  Shocked

Ooooh, that lighthouse is positively gorgeous!  My guess is machine embroidery on water-soluble stabilizer?  In any case, you did a wonderfully beautiful job!

It didn't photograph, but there's this white 'mesh'  in all the 'open' spaces in the bookmark.  I can't figure out how she did the embroidery on mesh, but it's really cool looking (and very sturdy) Tongue

I came home from holidays to find my last 2 bookmarks waiting for me.

The first was from onecrazymom and she really personalized the bookmark - she used my initials in the beading:

and then she found my city in an old atlas and put a section of the map on the back of the read circle:

The other bookmark was from habitat-lady and she made a manly hand for my husband and also included some handmade paper (not pictured) so that I can make myself a bookmark:

THANKS to both of you for these bookmarks!

I know my partner received this time Smiley so here is a picture of the bookmarks I sent her. I went with her butterfly theme for the top one and the second is felt with a tatted edging.

back to quilting...hurray and I dusted my art material Cheesy
