Craft unicorn zombie apocalypse Super Hero

I just finished up this block for the hoop up and send unicorn zombie apocalypse on flickr. Digital Misfit drew and designed the pile of flesh for me. The swappers theme was whimsy/woodland.

I did fabric applique on the tree and flower centers. I did it with blanket stitch.

I used backstitch, stem stitch, split stitch, satin stitch, seed stitch, and blanket stitch on this piece. It was so much fun to stitch up! I think it came out super cute.

Sorry not the best pics, it is terribly dreary out here and my indoor lighting is horrid.  Cheesy

I was just thinking the same thing!

I really like the blanket stitch on the tree - it looks great. The deer is adorable. Great work Smiley.
