So instead of crocheting for a swap I'm in....I'm being bad and procrastinating. And by procrastinating, I mean working on other crafts Roll Eyes! Several of my plants need transplanting, including my aloe, so I went in hunt of new pots this morning. I found clay pots at joann's for 1.99 and the lightbulb went off, because the plain clay color just won't do! Using some acrylic I had left over I attacked the clay pot and this is what I came up with:

what it looks like with the aloe (which isn't really planted in it yet):

Im obviously not a professional painter, but I think it looks soooo much better now! C&C welcome!

Hehe, Im planning to do the same once Ive moved to my new flat, so thanks for letting me know beforehand that acrylic will work. Cheesy
