I received from BushBaby last night Grin

Here are the pics..

Firstly a lovely mix of art and craft magazines, lots of yummy projects for me to drool over! Cheesy

yarn... did i say yarn? lots and lots of yarn Smiley

next some carft kits, everything i need to have a go at water colours! make a halloween set and a cute little tape measure cover Grin

There's more... Wink

Beads, beads and more beads! and charms, seaglass and jars to put beads in!

And  Smiley here's the bar of Scottish vanilla tablet - please notice that it's not yet open - I went to the dentist last week and my willpower is holding out but i'll have a weak moment soon, it looks similar to fudge and i just love fudge Grin and the most amazing bit of all... some of BushBaby's work, just look at the bracelet it's absolutely beautiful, it really is and it's inspired me to try my hand at beading in the near future Smiley

Thank you so, so much BushBaby, i love everything and if i'd finished him I'd say your hedgehog's in the post but he's not ready to travel yet Wink

Actually Tablet is even sweeter than fudge. It is quite hard when you bite it but it melts wonderfully in your mouth. very scrummy  Cheesy

I recieved from the ever so generous BoyceMachine  Cheesy

...and the (huge) box was decorated

heheh  it's like Xmas

Heres all the fantastic fabrics.

and then there is the masses of cool scrapbooking papers, trims, magazines, stickers and cards, and all the cool beads & sequins too

I love the gorgeous green ball of wool - normaly feeling 100% wool freaks me out, but this ball is so soft I think I will make myself a scarf with it as a treat.

Thank you for everything BoyceMachine. It's wonderful

lol that pastry dish is a challenge! I bought it ages a go and have never used it so i thought i'd pass it on, if you don't use it either Boycemachine then pass it on, it'll be the best travelled pasty dish around!

-On another note my hubby forgot to post out the parcel with the thing i'd forgotton to add to the box and today I've found what I couldn't find to add to the box so i'm going to re-pack the parcel and post it all tomorrow Cheesy

Collect + is NOT my friend... or at least the corner shop which was listed on collect + but then told me "we haven't done that for months" is NOT my friend.  when i tried to phone this morning and find out where my parcel went i was told the system is down.  sheesh... so i *think* my parcel is in edinburgh SOMEWHERE.  here's hoping pinniped's parcel has better luck!

I'm so worried about the parcel aneyhall; if it was Royal Mail there'd be a return address so it might come back to me but with Collect+ I've no idea how it'll be re-routed if the recipient shop refused it Undecided

No worries Pinniped--it'll show up!  I'll just wander Edinburgh looking for it.  I know it's out there somewhere.  I phoned earlier today.  That's when I was told the entire system was down and someone would ring me back.  So hopefully it'll all be solved soon.  Smiley

Behold the greatest stash busting Crafster swap parcel EVER...   (in my humble opinion)

After some minor collect plus dramarama my parcel from Pinniped was delivered today!  Hurrah!  The first thing I noticed was the weight.  That was one box packed tight with goodies.  The box itself is a super cool box with a lid that I can collage on or leave as is.

Without further ado, bring on the pics!

The box, loads of binding and seam tape, printer sheets for fabric, fasteners for bags & belts, and so much elastic.

Just some of the fabric.  Pinniped has amazing taste.  So much of this I have never seen before.  I love it all and am picturing bags, wallets, and other fun projects.

MORE fabric of a zillion different gorgeous prints.  Buttons--so many buttons!  I LOVE BUTTONS and my stash was greatly depleted after my Brownies used them all for eyes in a project we were doing.  The buttons even came with another great box.

And inspiration, ideas, loads of pretty projects to ponder.

THANK YOU PINNIPED!  I can't wait to get started.  Now I REALLY wish I wasn't starting my PhD NEXT WEEK.  Sewing will help me focus, right?

Ok so apologies for my globe trotting and delaying the collection of my amazingly awesome package from courdroycat, I barely know where to begin but I love that in her letter she explained that she tried to get as much pink in this package as possible (and I can confirm I have purchased and am awaiting the arrival of my pink smart car!) And boy I was not disappointed. I could take a million photos and show you but that would be rude to hog the thread, so I've taken four pictures but if anyone wants close ups please say. Cheesy

My package included: shoe shaped chocolate moulds, stitch and sew, embroidery threads and organiser, fabric samples, stationary, a necklace display stand (my absolute favourite), a bunch of findings for making jewellery which will be very useful, some sweeties in a little egg thingy, a glittery purple box full of goodies, a dotee doll kit, some socks, some pink paper, stickers, papercraft things, a beautiful paper pink lady, ribbons, trimmings, oh my gosh and so much more, I may well have missed things off but on to the pictures and if anyone wants to know what they are please say.

Thankyou SO much courdroy cat, so much of this stuff I already have ideas for in my head and I apologise if my package wasn't as amazing! And thankyou for sending me lots of pink!

It's a felted thing, I think it's either a flower or an octopus, my guess is a flower because it has a yellow middle Cheesy
