Spare brain for a new med student

One of the receptionists at my chiropractic clinic has always been lovely and chatty and has just passed her A levels with good enough grades to get into med school in London. Rather than just a boring, bought card, I thought she should have a portable extra brain for when the studying gets too much 

It's the Urban Threads brain (of course!), surrounded by one of their patch frames, and sewn on glittery white felt. It was my first patch attempt and went a bit wonky, but it doesn't show too much (and she loved it, which is the main thing!)

That's a great, original idea for a gift! I think it looks great and would be thrilled to get one too!
