Details of swap:
We will each make/decorate a 12-16" tall stocking (cuff to heel) and fill it with goodies.  We will make/decorate and fill with our partner's tastes in mind.  Each stocking will have at least 50% crafted goodies, the remainder may be purchased supplies or items.  Each set of partners will make a decision as to how much and how large of items they wish to fill their stockings with.  There will be check-ins every two weeks, so please be prepared to check-in!   It's a very long crafting period and we would hate to lose anyone along the way.  You may choose one of three sizes to do in this swap:
                      Small - concentrate on a fab stocking and fill with at least 3 crafted and 3 purchased items
                      Medium - do a great stocking and fill with at least 7 crafted and 5 purchased items
                      Large - aka Spoiler!  A great stocking and no end of goodies!!

NOTE:  a temporary negative will be given to anyone who sends more than two weeks past the sendout date, according to Craftster rules.  If you send late at all, it will be noted in your feedback.  Communication issues will also be noted.  We like to run a very nice, fun and timely swap!

I'm considering signing up for the Mini 12 days instead of the full, so I can do this one too!

A few questions...I don't really need another stocking LOL  Would it be ok to mention that to my partner - I'd hate for them to spend a ton of time on the stocking itself when I have a set of themed ones we use already.

The swap sizes - do you have a rough idea of total hours (and/or dollar value) for the 3 different categories?  Or do we decide that with our partners?
