I've been wanting to do this for awhile! I went and picked up 7 prs of jeans at the Goodwill and reconed them. It was sooooooo much fun, I am most defiantly going to make more of these!
I also added a little "Jeans Jewelry" to them, they're old little skeleton keys attached to chains with a charm on them.

I just did some jeans to skirt recons, but no painting was involved...now I know what was missing!  I bet you get LOTS of compliments when you wear these!  They rock!  The red-ish one with the blue sparrow is my favorite!

Love the skullie! I WANT that one for Halloween...I lose my conservatism during that one holiday and wear truly funky clothes to work just to freak out my coworkers! And I haven't made a jeans-to-skirt since I was a kid, but now you've got me all inspired. BEAUTIFUL job on the painting, and the charms are SO perfect.

Those are super cute! I absolutely adore the angel-devil Hello Kitty one! If only I could paint that well!
