Fantastic!!!  I know you said it wasn't your idea, but you ran with it brilliantly.  And I love the idea of Krusty, Moe, and, say, Chief Wiggum as the (ahem) three wise men?  Otto and Mr. Smithers as miscellaneous shepherds?  Monty Burns as the less-than-hospitable innkeeper?  And maybe Mrs. Crabapple as an angel hovering overhead....
