If you look at esty, she's got a list of things she used:  polyester cotton blend bra, expanding foam, lightweight spackle, acrylic paint, glitter, real sprinkles, enamel, plastic cherry

I'm thinking the cupcake part is expanding foam (spray foam), and the icing is spackle that's piped on. 

I'm not excited by the look, personally, but I wish you luck in making it!

You're welcome! I don't always remember to check the list at the bottom, and sometimes people are annoyingly vague about it (probably for this exact reason, actually).  Wink  I certainly wouldn't have guessed either ingredient if it hadn't been listed on etsy. It does make me look at spackle in a new light though.  Smiley

that looks awesome... I would totally wear that if I had the body... sadly I've just given birth and well I've been trying to get my body tone again...lol
