Gyah! I can't believe someone is almost done! I found out that my sister in law might be visiting a little last minute and my house is so not ready (I am still unpacking!) so I have been kicking cleaning into high gear. Once I get my house visitor ready then I will be finishing my crafting I have lots of ideas to start crafting Hope my partner likes DIY kits

Today all shops for supplies are closed here because of a local festival, so will start hunting tomorrow.

Both kaz and I are teachers. We're a busy bunch of educators!

stellou - that's not bad for the knitting needles! I seem to ask everyone to knit something for me. I admire people who can knit - I can't wrap my head round how you turn bits of string into stuff 
I've started a few small projects and figured out most of what I'll make. The bigger things will have to be done when I go see my inlaws. Muahahha, I like being vague

I haven't had a chance to start yet (though I've been thinking of ideas) because school has been super busy (midterms week... but Friday starts Fall Break!) and I have a bunch of swaps/commissions with closer deadlines. Pleased to see/remember the send out date is still a while out though, so I'll have plenty of time once I slog through midterms and finish up this other stuff.

I am also a teacher - at a residential program for at-risk teens.  I teach Social Studies and our mid-term is this week (= no classes)... so maybe I can sneak out early and craft.  (Rubbing hands together furiously in anticipation!!!)  I also got my serger fixed and am slowly figuring that whole thing out.  Talk about cantankerous!

Finished one small set, a good start and hopefully will get an hours sewing in tonight to make another something something.

All this talk en Francais makes me want to do my best Delboy impression and say 'Mange Tout Rodders, Mange Tout'!! Any Only Fools and Horses fans out there?
