here's my version of the slouchy hobo bag that tinafish put up a tutorial for.  I didn't pleat it as much as she did, but i think it looks good.

that's awesome!! i'm so happy someone else has tried it! it looks beautiful!!! i know a lot of people like the style of this bag because you can actually zip it closed. it looks great!!

I like the color of the fabric you used for the outside of the bag. The little bird and the flowers are adorable! Smiley It looks great!

the outside fabric is actually out of an old vo-tech Dickies shirt of my husbands.  I simply love this bag!  Plus i made up a pattern, so i can make lots!

I got the bird from needlecrafters.com.  The flowers are purple to match the zipper. And the bird's a teal color to match the lining.
