To answer your question, yes and no.

This is how I put these jammies on Stealth
1. Put his head through
2. Put his back legs through-obviously one at a time
3. Put his front legs in-I know this seems weird, but there is plenty of fabric and flexibility in the front legs to put them through last.
It took Stealth a while to become accustomed to putting these on-but now that he knows that it is cold and these keep him warm he doesn't hesitate at all.
These are a little more complicated to put on vs. other dog coats that just have velcro. But, these pjs will keep them warmer.

BTW, the Wal-mart where I'm from has the best harnesses-they are super easy to put on any jumpy dog. You just have to put the front 2 legs in and then a quick snap close (one of those quick release buckles). It's awesome-I use them on both of my dogs.
