The weather has finally turned a bit cooler here in GA so I decided to go on a jelly making spree. Now that we have a grill with a side burner out on our deck, I don't have to worry about overheating the house. Cheesy

This is candied apple jelly. You can find the recipe here.

It seriously tastes just like a candied apple and is divine on a hot biscuit. A goodly portion of this batch is destined for holiday gift baskets.

I've also made mulled cider jelly and a batch of peach preserves but I'll post about them later. Smiley

Ooo, Crapple sounds yummy!

Do be careful when this stuff hits the boiling stage. Although this jelly comes together quickly, it boils over in a heart beat and is a bear to clean up. Learned a lesson the hard way. Wink

Yum!  I can't wait to try it Troublet!!
I kinda want to try making some of my own.  Is it hard to do?  Should I invest in a pressure cooker or just use the boiling water bath ATM?
