I LOVE the Reaper Man quote. That is one of my faves from the whole series. Nice.

Chuggypig - I'm SO GLAD that you like everything.  I know I mentioned this to you before, but I was really worried because the items were more "inspired by" and less literal than I originally intended.

You didn't say if you noticed that the fabric on the front of the card matches the fabric I used to line the anti-auditor kit / coin purse.  That was the item that kept giving me fits -turns out that zippers are harder than they look!

Also, I wanted to show your letter of acceptance from the Assassin's Guild - signed by Lord Downey himself!  (My DH was so proud of that signature - he practiced it and everything)... Grin

That letter is great!

I really am enjoying the whole gallery.

My partner is mia, but I made some photos of the things I send her.

I cross-stitched a ship and put it on a box which I filled with a little Nac Mac Feegle(Shaved for the big journey across the pond...it was the first time I did an amigurumi with hair, unbelievable how much yarn it takes  Shocked) and an egg.

Here's a close-up of the feegle, hard to see, but there are various beeds stuck loosely in his hair which when he moves might fall of anytime!

I've been following your swap and LOVING it!!!  And I just picked up "I Shall Wear Midnight" from the library and I'm excited to read it!!!!!!!!

I made a Death of Rats for my sister's birthday next week inspired by you all!  She and I pooled resources and bought every single Terry Pratchett book so we have one bookshelf in our house that is all TP!!!

at long last... batteries that held a charge long enough to snap some pics of my great package from gumption. and upload them to mr computer.

without further delay i present.  my husband, wearing a three witches apron. (that will not see the inside of my kitchen. i dont wanna soil it  Smiley)

a close up of the center panel, the stitching is beautiful and makes what i stitch look like some ham fisted amateur

and secondly
we have a curious creature.  you can tell by the words on his hat he is a wizzard. he may live out his days in comparative boredom holding pins and needles and the like.  but ...

what's this.

he appears to be bent on world domination. discworld domination.

oh wait.

he slipped.
tune in next week to see how rincewind gets out of this sticky situation....

the felt discworld was made from me in another swap by the incredibly talented dharma_rebel.  who has not read the disc world novels

What a fun apron!  Both the design and stitching are beautiful.
