Nettle Smoothies!

Hey, I've finally given up on gardening (for this year at least), so I'm trying to make the most of the plants that are already in my yard. I've tried nettles a few ways (you just have to cook them slightly, puree or pound them to remove the sting). Fruit smoothies are my favorite so far. You can really use any smoothie recipe and just throw in a big handful of rinsed fresh nettle leaves (use rubber gloves or something to pick them) but I put my favorite recipe in this post: http://www.ironcityalchemy.com/2012/03/nom-nom-gnome-nettle-berry-smoothie.html
