I'm getting views but no sales online.  My Jewelry listings are boring basically just the facts.  I need help spicing them up to make them more interesting to the buyer.  I draw a blank every time I try to think of something good to write.   Sad  Please help  http://www.etsy.com/shop/LarissaWowk

Something I read is to try to think of what kinds of tops or clothing the jewelry looks good with. Like is it better for a scoop a v-neck or t-shirt? can it go with anything? is it little black dress material?
Does it look good with certain skin types or hair lengths? How can a buyer figure out if the length is good for them? (I recommend telling them to cut a piece of string that long and hold it up to see first.)

Jewelry is a very popular category so don't get discouraged. Keep "pimping" your wares, wear your jewelry out and perhaps get a button to wear that says something like" Like my jewelry? Ask me how you can buy it!" Keep business cards handy and hand them out where-ever you can. It's a difficult market at the moment as it seems like everyone is selling jewelry so keep at it and don't give up and you'll get there eventually.

I'm having the same problem.  I'm not quite sure how to "sell" the item in the descrption either.
