I found a basic pencil topper and snowman decoration here -

http://www.embroiderygarden.com/store/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=65

They also have loads of nice in the hoop designs for sale even just to give you an idea of what you can do in the hoop, for more adventurous designs try -

http://www.skeldalehouse.com/

i got loads of in the hoop free standing lace designs there, altho it will take you ages finding them all as they are all over the site.

Im looking for more designs, if anyone else finds any it would be good to have a list here for reference.

www.emblibrary.com has a lot of in the hoop projects (pot holders, coin purses, bookmarks, ornaments)

This design is only $3 if you just want to try, it's mylar too.
If you go to their sight they also have really good instructions that go along with them.
I always look at the instructions first to see if I want to try the design. Sometimes they are more then I want to get into (ie double sided).

She might also have some others in her yahoogroup files.  I don't remember what all is there.
