I went to the local St Vincent De Paul thrift store yesterday, looking for "stuff".
found a cute doll but she is from Columbia, so I suppose she NEEDS to live on a shelf with  my other dolls!  But that started me searching thru boxes, and I was pleased to find I still had a couple of little dolls from Ecuador and Peru I was afraid I had gotten rid of.  Bought an assortment of crafting supplies, little things, but had fun making some smalls last night.  You never know what you'll find at the thrift store!

My family and I got to go to our state fair on Wednesday, and we have a Villa Hispana where all of the local music, food and art work is located.  So much inspiration, its hard to narrow down ideas.

Confession time!  I got so enthusiastic about this swap that I painted the drawer fronts in my kitchen, one is orangy/pink, a purple, a turqoise, left one lime green, and I hope I don't need the landlord to come work on my sink any time soon!  Hola!
