Ooh don't say that, I've not even finished half my pixels yet! I think I only had about 217 done at the last count Cheesy

yeah hundreds of pixels makes this challenging.

Kinda wish Mama was 8-bit >.>

Make an 8-bit version of Mama!

Edit:
Here's one I made Cheesy

It's not really 8-bit, since there are more than 4 colors per tile, but it's the 8-bit color palette and 16x24 pixels.

And the other color scheme:

16 x 24 is still almost 400 pixels, but that's better than the 1200 the other pixelated images I made have XD

If you squint she looks good like that Cheesy

It was tough going, but I have her very nearly finished!

Amazing how Mario and friends can look so good in 8 bit, but Mama looks like an alien!

I'm a little behind in my work, because (fortunately) I have some work to do. When I finish my commissions, I'll continue with my Mama!

In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crime and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories.

They were designed for 8-bit first, though, but Mama has such elegant fine lines...

Oh man I'm not super crafty but I love mama!  I want to try something just for a chance.  I think my daughter and I would have fun playing all those games Cheesy

What software do you use to pixelate graphics to begin projects?  I have tried using corel, photoshop, and photoscape with no luck.  I'm trying to get a simple 8-bit look going on, but having a rough time.

Thanks Smiley

you have ms paint?
follow this
http://www.ehow.com/how_6818704_pixelate-image-using-microsoft-paint.html

but you'll have to change the numbers and the difference between them to get the pixels the right size:

I'm curious?  Does this have to be a craft project or can I actually cook something for it?  I have an idea but it involves cooking and a bit of drawing up plans.  It would seem to suit it though since you cook in the original mama game.
