I got my postcard from Marleymiss!! Its sooooo cute and right up my street!!! 



Check out the lovely hand sewn rainbow in the bottom left corner, she thought that was a fail!!! Marleymiss you are mad!! It is super lovely and I love how much effort you have put in!!!

Nyaww thanks! I've been dabbling in emroidery recently didn't really figure out that it would be much much harder to do on a card than on a piece of lovely soft fabric!  ::)silly me

I love the rainbow Marleymiss,... I was going to try something similar just to add some texture, I thought it would be interesting to follow the lines of a rubber stamp border or something similar.  Still might try it on the stationary, but when I'm frustrated executing the idea I will have to shrug and admit I was forwarned that paper might not cooperate like fabric!  Not that the rainbow isn't cute as all get out.  And the happy cloud and mushrooms are all really nice too.

I sent out a regular postcard because I was sleepy and misread that part but will be sending out a hand-made one here on Thursday so slightly late but want to it to be done correctly not get something beautiful and sent something boring. *lol* opps!

Ivory_an - I didn't hand make a postcard! I sent one that I got about 20 years ago! So please don't do another one others wise I will have to do another one too!

Thank you SouthernFlower...it is cute!  I've been to Eau Claire.  We stop there overnight on our way to Minnesota vacation w/ dh's family.  We usually stay at the Comfort Inn across from the Goodwill and eat at the Fazoli's restaurant.
