So I'm so in love with the shirt/shrug thing I made from an old pair of wool pants and I really want to post the pictures but can't seem to figure out how...  I have the image files, how do I get them to show up in a post??

Hmm, this is a good idea, in fact. Definately a fun way to remake old pants, which I have too much of.

- click "picture hosting" on the right...
- click "upload photos" at the top.
- hit "browse" and find the picture on your computer, then click "upload/submit".
- type a title/ description if you want. then click "process file"
- click "click here to return to main menu"
- now click on the thumbnail of the picture you just uploaded.
- now just copy the UBB code under the picture. when you make a post, you can just paste that and it'll make the picture appear in place of the code when you post your comment.

PLEASE post the pictures!!!

I have made one of these out of a pair of tights before. Red tights, with thumb holes, I wear it as 'sleeves' under other shirts, to risque otherwise. I sorta found the idea at http://gothfashion.info/gloves.html

I dance and I have heard that you can do this with an old pair of tights to make a shirt while you are warming up in dance class.

wow!! they look so cool, i can't wait to do this with a pair of pants.

i did this a while ago with fishnets, like that goth link said, and that worked out really well, actually. it was a great Rocky Horror Picture Show costume. so i reccomend that little project.
