Ok, all done except to take pictures and box up! Yay! I will be getting to the post office sometime tomorrow afternoon. Was hoping to send in the morning, but my 3 year old decided to come down with a stomach virus and I have a feeling it's gonna be a long night...

I'm hoping to be able to mail mine out priority mail on Saturday.  I'm having a major case of perfectionism and have not been happy with my final item Sad

~*Note from your Headmistress*~

Please remember that Send Outs are tomorrow, November 5th.  Shocked  If for any reason you are not going to be able to send on time, please let your partner, and your Professor know asap!    Smiley

Also, please note that DC#'s are required by Craftster as part of the swapping process.  You MUST send the tracking number to your partner & Professor.  Since all of your Professors are quite serious about ensuring that everyone has a lovely swap experience, and we all like following rules as much as Hermoine, lack of DC#'s WILL be noted in feedback.  Let's all do as the Sorting Hat advises and work together on this!   Cheesy

Also, for those of you who are new to swapping (or even those lags who find swapping to be 'old hat', but have never tried it before), when you go to the post office check to see if yours has an "Automated Postal Center".  They are rather brilliant, and I am in love with mine.

You can send domestic packages, buy postage, and even get Delivery Confirmation there.  The post offices that have them keep them in the lobby which is accessible 24-hours, so you could stop by at midnight if you wanted to ship your package. (Do make sure you're not alone in an unsafe place late at night thought!)   They have a secure drop box beside the APC, so you can leave your package there if you wish, or you can simply buy the postage there, then request a pickup from your home, on the USPS website.  Your postman (or postlady) will pick it up the next day for you.

It is SUPER simple if you are using flat rate packaging from USPS, but it nearly just as easy to use any box of your own.  There are even rulers built it to allow you to measure your package if necessary.

Just finished version number two of the edible. It came out much better than the first. I also did part 2/3 of the toy. Last part tonight and then packaging. I'll be mailing tomorrow around noon.  Smiley

Woohoo! Elli made it through the night without throwing up which means I got sleep!! Yay! That means I got my package out this morning instead of later today. Smiley Owl post should be on the way to Pinkleo's house by Saturday or Monday with TWO packages! Wink
