These are some random drawings and a painting I did a few months ago. This is more of my playful side of making art. All on paper. The drawings are with crayons and the painting is with crayons and tempera paint.

This one is of a cute little snail. I wanted him to be the main focus of the drawing. This is on 8 by 8in paper.


This one is about a girl having a bad hair day. This is on 12 by 18in paper.


This one is about an unusual ninja. I did a series of unusual ninjas this one happens to be running with a bunch of flowers. The series was inspired by Simone Legno's ninja that is holding a hot dog riding on a skateboard. This is on 12 by 18in paper.

Thanks. My students do too. Practicing drawing the ninja helped them learn about the structure of people even if it is in a simplified format. I think I'll do that lesson again this year too except using chibis.
