I seriously just yelled "WOW!" and startled my kids!  LOL!  The Iron Man is AMAZING, and the glow-in-the-dark floss just puts it over the top!

I just love faux bois. Nice job.

And the kitty is amazing. I'm impressed with those fill stitches. I'm just not that patient.

i dont have the patience for filling in either.. maybe cause my satin stitch is DREADFUL, but i love the look so maybe i will start practicing...

I HATE the satin stitch.  No matter how hard I try, and practice, it looks like a toddler did it.   Undecided  So I adapted, and learned new fills.  The seed stitch is one of my new faves.  Smiley

Iron Man is impressive. I almost like it best as the glow-in-the-dark glowy goodness. I want to make all kinds of little glow hoops for Halloween now!

I received from Miss Barbara!

It is a beautiful birds fabric embellished with thread, floss and beads! My favorite part is the pretty tree ribbon she used around the hoop--I love trees and birds, so she really pegged my interests. Smiley

Thanks Barbara! Yours will be in the mail soon.

Personal swaps... Would love to trade sewn stuff for some cool hand-carved stamps.

YES! Glow in the dark thread is going on my list of must-tries as well.

Beautiful birds, Miss Barbara. They are perfect for you, Linds!

Iron Man is so great, I think he'd even impress my craft-averse hubby!

Cute idea with the bird fabric, that's really effective. Smiley

I LOVE the round cat.

There's so many other things, I can't list them all - but Everything Is Amazing, what a fab swap.

The bird hoop is very cheeful and perky.  The whole idea of embroidering around pictures on the printed fabric is very interesting, as I would of never thought of that. I also think its cute how the hoop is trimmed in bird ribbon.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.
