Anyone up for a mini 12 days of Christmas Swap???  The regular one is a bit too much of a commitment for me.  I participated in a mini 12 days two years ago and the requirement was just one S/M crafted item per day with at least 75% crafted items and 25% store bought items being okay.  All we would need is an organizer and a sign up time probably in through mid October which gives like a month or more to craft!

I'd be much more likely to join this one than the full one.  Are all of the items supposed to be holiday themed?  Thanks!

I could totally organize this.  And if theres a lot of interest I could start signups this week.  I could start signups this friday & have signups last 3 wks.  That way we can get our partners and have lots of crafting time.  just let me know.

This is a little more realistic for me at the point in time. I'd have to see how far along I would be with my other swap when signups came around, but I would definetly be interested.

Oh rats, I just came to possibly start this exact thread, since I had mentioned to a couple people that I could organize this swap. Ha. Ah well. I'll see if I can still join though. Smiley

I'd be up for this Cheesy It'd give me plenty of time to make nice things for my partner, without breaking the bank...all at once hehe.

Yay two people who would want to possibly organize!

As for crafting all holiday items I would say no.  I think there should be a question as to if you want to get holiday items or if you just want little presents from your partner.  I know that when I did this swap a few years ago I got a mix of both.

In the the 2008 round of the mini swap(couldnt find the 2009 thread) and the bigger 12 days of christmas swaps they have in the questionaires the questions "do you want to recieve holiday items or everyday items?"
