I've never tried starching fabric to a wall but it sounds like a really nifty technique, good job

That is so pretty! Unfortunately, the hubbs won't let me do anything fun like that in our house. I love that the leaves are removeable and reuseable. Ornaments at Christmastime is an excellent idea!

WOW, I love this!!! What a cool idea! I love that you can change it out with the seasons..and I love the idea of coat hooks on the bannister, a great solution!
It always annoys me when architects/designers don't think about how people live (we also don't have a coat closet in our entryway, which bugs the crap out of me)

Great idea! It looks amazing. Unfortunately, I would never be motivated enough to change the tree with the seasons.

Gorgeous!! I love this idea, most especially your plan for swapping out the foliage for something season-appropriate. Your hall will always have a fresh look!

Did you freehand the tree? It looks amazing...

Oh! If I could make sense of it all. I wish that I could sing, I'd stay in a melody. I would float along in my everlasting song. What would I do to believe...

this is AWESOME! I too might have to do this in my dorm. I want to have a Halloween party and this would be so great to do in the living room with a fall vibe. Thank you for sharing!!!

Thanks!  I think it's pretty nifty and it's a little scary how easy it is because I may be doing it all over the place now!

You totally should!  Cheesy

Thanks!  And bummer.... And Yes!  I think so too!  And someone brought up a snowman!  How cute is that?!

Seriously...why wouldn't you have a hall closet?! At least one that was right there by the door for people to use conveniently! And thank you for the lovely comments Smiley

Yeah...I'm hoping that I am.  !!!!  That's all part of the 'plan', but I've got 2 little kids, so we'll see how it goes!  Cheesy
