Wow, fantastic package! I love all the colors, and I'm deeply in awe of the skills it involved! Seeing you two swap is so great!

The snow has all melted off now within the space of about a day and a half, so i can take a wonderful photo so she can share the quilt in all it's glory including the fabric on the back to all of craftster
(on the bad side, we're due another massive cold snap, not that it's warmed that much, and even more massive amounts of snow)

It is SOOOO cozy and necessery at the moment, she also sent me Men with Brooms on DVD so it's like a snuggly dvd time package, and i ate all the snacks in just over a day

Ok... so I'm on the gallery board now..

I received my angel package from Lo{ve} and I LOVE it.. haha I did that on purpose.  But seriously there's some awesome stuff.. check out the goods..

Fingerless mittens!  I am a total mitten freak and now I have two brand spankin' new pairs of fingerless mittens to wear in the cold, cold Michigan winter


The gloves have a thumb hole to keep them in place - Here's some pics of how they go on my newly cozy hands...

Stickers!!  I also am bananas for stickers.  I have two ongoing scrapbooking projects - one from college and another is a scrapbook my fiance gave me on our first anniversary.  Lo gave me some awesome school stickers (including Greek letters which will be great for my sorority pages) and tons for the fiance book - There's even an engagement set that I've been scoping out at the store but held off on buying until I got more work done on the scrapbook!!


Last, but not least, an 8 pack of icing colors!!  I love all things Wilton and these icing colors are going to be so handy for all the baking projects I have cooking up in my head.. haha I did that one on purpose too..

Again.. Gallery board..

Figured I'd share the projects from my second package to my partner while I'm posting

My partner is a huge history buff and her family goes all over North Carolina to different museums and historical landmarks.  I made her a pin board of North Carolina and included yellow tip pins to put in the places that they have gone together.



The state of North Carolina (all in green) is a corkboard - the rest of the states and the ocean are painted on for perspective.  I thought it would be cool to make it look like an old school textbook map.  I think it turned out pretty awesome.

Next, my partner is a totally yarnie.  She is big into crocheting but said she wanted to get into knitting as well.  I made her some cute engraved/button stitch counters



The quotes engraved included her craftster name, "leave me alone, I'm crafting", "knitting is knotty" (which of course is stolen), and others that are escaping me right now.

I hope she enjoyed the package and is putting everything to good use!!

Both are personalized well and a great sight to the gallery.  
Thank you Lo{ve} for helping us getting a closure to the swap. I really could use those mitts too now.
 
Now we have two packages left in transit... sigh... dear postal services, that white stuff that surprisingly falls out of the clouds is called snow, and it's not poisonous. Please let me introduce to the concept of "profile" on tires... it's really not THAT difficult to deliver a package in the grim winters of the UK (not to mention the grim summers in NZ).

Boy oh boy did she deliver! It arrived yesterday and was full of stuff for my Pullip, Madison

Ok, first off is the bookcase

balsa wood and glue!  its really well made, she left it plain for me in case I want to paint it 



two teeny paintings that she did herself


some bolts of fabric (so Madison can turn into a craft hoarder  )

box with stuffing, more yarn (its embroidery floss actually lol) and a wip
