i am quite tardy in posting these pics.  i can only blame the high occurrences of excessive 'drinking with old friends' this month. and i needed it too.

so.  my partner outdid herself with this second package.

and here is the copious photographic evidence.

wall art.  abstract. hubby and i are having trouble agreeing where this one should go. i say above my computer, he thinks besides his.

more art

next is some geeky love for my hoopla wall. rock, paper, scissors, lizard, spock.  how awesome!

and my true real reason for not eating a vegetarian lifestyle

funny story about this wee pear... the boys have been throwing it at each other all weekend.  it lives.  most of the time near the plies of boy electronics on the couch.

there was a pile of christmas related stickers. ( which will come in handy)

and some other stuff not pictured cause i love m&s crisps... they didn't stick around long... nor did the gummy piggies once the boys got a hold of them.

oh yeah.  and the best for last. Cheesy

this is my new weekend style bag...

it is red and white (yeah oh canada!!) and freaking HUGE!  you can't see but there is a hockey helmet and a pair of skates and warm up gear in there right now... and while goldsheepbowl didn't want to mess up a zip or snaps i will probably try to attempt to add some sort of closure (with her permission of course) there are two huge side pockets and inside of of them was the most awesome bird embroidery scissors.  but not the typical gold and stainless ones.  they are white with flowers and very very cool and in my embroidery bag and therefore not around for the photo shoot today. i love this swap and i have had a blast getting to know tanya.

you hit this one outta the park. i only hope that my parcel to you gets there SOON... and you enjoy it as much as i love this one.

As we had a death in the family I really sucked on this swap - but NinetyNinety should be receiving package 2 any day now! And I finally have time to post what she sent me - gorgeous embroidered towels, 4 small with each of our animals' names on them, and one big with our last name!! I love them!!

so, I am alternating between pissed off, and super sad that my packages haven't arrived in New Zealand.  I am in the process of redoing the second package, and should have it sent off within a couple of days.

I will also work to recreate a first package as best I can and hope to get it sent off within a week or so.

I will also be ordering bubblegum_phoenix a little treat from amazon for all of her amazing patience.  Smiley
