I have to say, Madeline is way better than Vanna White or the ladies on the Price is Right!  Wink She's adorable.

Also, the packages are just awesome.

Great package! And great assistant to show it off! Hehe, I like the picture when she wears the necklace and has this smug look that says "I bet you all wish you could lie in her lap too!" Grin

I've received from sarahj2001 today and I've been totally spoiled! I love everything!

She explained everything she sent in a beautiful card (it's already on my inspiration board).

"5 favorite recipes"
There is pierogi casserole (I love pierogis!), halushki (a cabbage and noodle dish that's very intriguing, I can't wait to try it), stovetop mac & cheese (yum), apple butter (my mom will love this) and Pennsylvania gobs and the recipe for the icing for it (it's a chocolate cake that looks yummy). And the cards are just so pretty.

"Favorite craft supply"
Yarn! It's all so soft! They're all different textures and the colors are gorgeous.

"Favorite jewelry"
Sarahj2001, doesn't really wear jewelry, but she loves making resin pendant. That's perfect since I love wearing jewelry and resin pendants!  Cheesy

"Photo album"
The album is full of pictures of sarahj2001's family, friends and pets and also of her travels and funny finds. I just love that picture of a drool worthy donut!

"Favorite way to relax"
A hot relaxing bath! She totally spoiled me! She sent a raspberry oatmeal soap, a cherry cupcake bathbomb, some adorable fortune cookies soaps and a beeswax lipbalm. I'm going to smell so good!

"Reminds you of your family"
A fantastic resin paper weight with a dandelion inside because her mom loves dandelion puffs and has a lot of paper weights. It's just fantastic. I'll have to find the perfect place to display it.

"Related to yarn"
Slippers! They fit perfectly and they are super comfortable. I love the pattern, they are super cute.

"Keep you organized"
A paper pad and some fun tape. This will be super useful, although both are too cute to use!  Cheesy

"Favorite color and food"
Sarahj2001 combined both of these in one awesome thread catcher! She loves pink and food, including grapefruits, it's just perfect.

"Favorite fabic"
Isn't just adorable! I just love that fabric! She made a spare toilet paper roll holder, but I'm thinking I may have to wear it as a headband, it's just too cool. *nods*

Thank you so much sarahj2001. I love everything you sent. And I do feel like I know you a whole lot better now. I'm feeling very inspired to start working on your second package.  Smiley

Thats awesome! Cheesy Great packages!

I've passed on your lovely comments to Madeline, and shes now lying on the sofa with her legs in the air in a very unladylike manner. I think she fancies Jasper.

Eeee I can't wait for Jadore-Le-Rose to get mine, I hope she likes everything, I always worry my skill level is way below par on these things. My key skill is baking and cake decorating, its my job, so any other craft I do I worry isn't my greatest strength!

I'm sure your skill level is not below par.  Cake decorating requires masses of skill, and some cakes don't even look edible, they look like sculptures or porcelain.  Anyway, if you got someone local in a swap I bet they wouldn't say no to some of your baked goodies Smiley

I do love looking at the packages, and the fantastic stuff people have received.  The organisers did a fantastic job of matching people.
