I know there's been the bedsheet recon, But what about a curtain recon challenge?
Not just for clothing of course.

It would result in a wider range of crafts, because there's so many types of curtains,

  • lace curtains
  • sheer curtains
  • thick curtains
  • thin curtains
  • tulle curtains
  • cotton curtains
  • linen curtains
  • Hourglass Curtains
  • Priscilla Curtains
  • ruffle curtains

...and a bunch more.
I would assume it would be best if it wasn't limited to clothes, so we could make other things too.
I'm currently working on a curtain recon,
from the (very large)leftovers of a curtain that was too long and was cut!
Any one else open for this?

I'm in! Or at least I'll *try* to be in. I've been meaning to hit the thrift store, and trying to find cute curtains is a good excuse Cheesy

It begs for a Scarlet O'Hara Gone with the wind dress.

In the movie she has no money for a ball gown so she makes it out of curtains.

I think the dress is hideous, but you get the idea.

What's even better than the original "Gone with the Wind" dress, but the knock off of that dress in a comedy skit done by Carol Burnett.

"I just saw it in the window and had to have it."  (Or something like that)

My mind also immediately went to the spoof dress when I saw the picture of Scarlet earlier.
